Jenner
Jenner has been a Team Lead for close to 2 months and even before officially being announced as a Team Lead, he decided to help his team with the metrics that they were struggling the most.
The reason why his team is the way is now because of Jenner since he plays a big role in it, he has earned the respect of his team. Jenner lives by example and he is a good team player even though he is still in the process of learning.
We are very happy with his performance, we see a great future for him within the company and that’s why he was nominated for employee of the month for our Guatemala site.
