The month was very challenging for Lawrence. Changing processes on his daily routine to ensure our clients are served efficiently and keeping an open mentality to adjust to these changes, aiming to get more conversations per contact.
He also took on more responsibilities for one of our new clients and has been working hand in hand with our new sales team bringing on board these new clients.
All of this done with a smile on his face and excitement for the future and what will mean for him. We are very appreciative with Lawrence being part of the team and the love that he puts into his work. We look forward to what the future will bring for him, the effort and hard work will pay off in the end.
