As the Vice President of Collection Operations & Strategy, John is a critical asset to the leadership team. His career spans more than 21 years of experience managing call centers, business analysis, business process improvement, project management, and digital channel development. Before joining our organization in 2014, John served as the Director of Operations for Coast Professional, Inc., a company specializing in the student loan market. He is an active member of several professional associations such as ACA, CRC, and RMAI.
